1. Who we are

This website is operated by BOLD ROUTES PROPERTIES L.L.C, an independent real-estate marketing and brokerage business, to market SODIC East. We are not SODIC and this is not the official SODIC website. In this policy "we" means BOLD ROUTES PROPERTIES L.L.C.

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the WhatsApp and phone conversations that start from it.

2. Data we collect

Data you give us:

  • your name (where the form asks for it)
  • your mobile number with its country code
  • the options you choose in the form (for example the unit type) and any message you write
  • the content of WhatsApp messages you send us, and the fact and time of any call you start from this page

Data collected automatically when you use the page or submit the form:

  • your IP address and browser or device information (user agent), language, the page address and the referring page, and the date and time of your request
  • advertising attribution values when the link you followed carries them: UTM parameters and the Google click identifiers gclid, gbraid and wbraid
  • the Meta click identifier (fbclid) and the Meta browser identifiers (_fbc, _fbp) when present

We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal data on this website. Please do not send them in a message.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry about this property and connect you with an assigned property consultant.
  • To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about the property you enquired about. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To measure which advertisements bring enquiries, and to improve our campaigns and this website.
  • To prevent spam, duplicate or fraudulent submissions, keep records of enquiries and handle complaints.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Who receives your data

  • the property consultant or broker assigned to your enquiry, and the broker manager who supervises assignments;
  • our authorised staff who operate the lead and messaging systems;
  • the developer's sales team, only when this is needed to answer your enquiry or to arrange a viewing, reservation or contract that you ask for;
  • service providers who process data for us: website and server hosting, email notification delivery, the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Platforms) for WhatsApp messages, Google (advertising measurement) and Meta (advertising measurement, where used);
  • authorities, courts or professional advisers when the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims.

5. Advertising and measurement

This page loads the Google tag to measure Google Ads campaigns and, where one is configured, Google Analytics 4. Google receives information such as your IP address, browser details, the page you visit and advertising click identifiers.

When you submit the form, this page may share the mobile number you entered with Google through Google Ads "enhanced conversions", so that Google can match the enquiry to an advertisement click. The Google tag sends this value in hashed (one-way encoded) form.

When an enquiry is accepted, our server may report the conversion to Google Ads using the advertising click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid), the time and an internal reference. If an enquiry that did not come from a Meta advertisement later becomes qualified, an appointment, a reservation or a sale, that outcome may also be uploaded to Google Ads as a conversion, with the click identifier, the time and your phone number.

If you reached this website from a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement and Meta measurement is enabled for this project, our server sends Meta records through the Meta Conversions API: of your enquiry, of a WhatsApp or call button click, and later of the enquiry's outcome (qualified, appointment, reservation or sale). They can contain your phone number and, if given, your email address in hashed (SHA-256) form, a hashed internal reference and country, your IP address and browser details, the Meta click and browser identifiers, and details of the enquiry such as the project, language, page, campaign and the budget, timeline, purpose and score recorded for it.

A click on a WhatsApp or call button is recorded as interest, not as a confirmed enquiry. Google and Meta use the data they receive under their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and browser storage

This website uses cookies and similar browser storage. Some are needed for the page and the form to work (language, form state, attribution of your enquiry).

The Google tag sets and reads Google cookies for advertising measurement and, where configured, analytics.

When you submit the form, or the first time you click a WhatsApp or call button, the page stores a reference in your browser (bp_lead_once_v1, in local storage and in a cookie, for up to 90 days) so that the same enquiry is not counted twice. For a form it is the reference of your enquiry record. The reference is also sent to Google Ads as the conversion's transaction ID.

This site does not show a cookie consent banner, and the Google tag loads with the page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control personalised advertising in your Google and Meta account settings.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers named above, including Google and Meta, process data in other countries, so your data may be processed outside Egypt and outside your own country.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry records, WhatsApp conversations and related notes while they are needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting transaction, to keep business records, to resolve disputes and to meet legal obligations. Fixed deletion periods for each type of record have not been set yet. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights and choices").

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to tell you whether we hold your personal data and to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing before the withdrawal).

To make a request or to stop being contacted, contact us using the details in the Contact section below. We may ask you to confirm the phone number concerned before we act. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and signed connections between our systems. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the form or chat.

11. Children

This website is intended for adults interested in buying property and is not directed at children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date below shows the latest version.
